During my tenure, I developed deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational optimization, which laid the groundwork for the launch of my own business, Total Optim Solutions. Today, I leverage my extensive background in managing large-scale supply chains and creating value-driven solutions to help businesses of all sizes and from all sectors reduce expenses and enhance their procurement practices.
