Founded by Stacy Nichols, Total Optim Solutions is a woman-owned procurement and cost reduction consulting firm based in Texas. Launched in 2024, the firm was created to solve a simple but pressing problem: too many businesses, especially small and mid-sized ones, waste money on inefficient spending, poor vendor terms, and missed contract opportunities.

Total Optim Solutions delivers real-world support for sourcing, vendor management, cost savings, and public contract compliance. With a founder who has worked across private, public, and nonprofit sectors, the firm brings a clear-eyed, results-oriented approach to managing third-party spend and increasing vendor competitiveness in procurement.

Total Optim Bid, one of the company’s signature offerings, was launched in 2025 to close a critical gap for small businesses seeking public contracts. It is a subscription-based platform that delivers curated RFP opportunities, coaching, and proposal support for companies that don’t have the time, staff, or expertise to compete effectively on their own. By blending human expertise with AI-enabled tools, Total Optim Bid gives subscribers a competitive edge without the high price tag of full-time consultants.

Stacy Nichols, the founder of Total Optim Solutions, spent over two decades excelling in supply chain leadership, overseeing complex procurement and strategic initiatives that delivered significant cost savings and operational efficiencies. During her tenure, she developed deep expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and operational optimization, which laid the groundwork for the launch of Total Optim Solutions. Today, she leverages her extensive background in managing large-scale supply chains and creating value-driven solutions to help businesses of all sizes and from all sectors reduce expenses and enhance their procurement practices.

Stephanie is the newest member of the Total Optim Solutions team. With her Master of Public Administration degree, she brings a detailed analytical mindset and a passion for uncovering growth potential. As a Sr. Opportunity Analyst, Stephanie is focused on identifying high‑quality opportunities, evaluating market trends, and building the insight foundation that guides strategic decisions. Her strength is in accounting, finance,  public administration, to spot which opportunities  can deliver the most value for our clients.
