About Total Optim Solutions

Founded by Stacy Nichols, Total Optim Solutions is a woman-owned procurement and cost reduction consulting firm based in Texas. Launched in 2024, the firm was created to solve a simple but pressing problem: too many businesses, especially small and mid-sized ones, waste money on inefficient spending, poor vendor terms, and missed contract opportunities.

Total GovCon Solutions provides government contracting advisory services for small businesses that are ready to pursue public sector revenue and want more than a database subscription. The work is done for you, not handed back to you as homework.

Our services are built around three offerings:

Total Optim Bid is a bid monitoring subscription that surfaces relevant government opportunities across SLED and federal markets, matched to your business. No algorithm noise. No sifting through thousands of irrelevant solicitations. Subscribers receive curated bid searches delivered directly to their portal, giving them a focused pipeline without the manual research burden.

Total Optim Advantage provides professional proposal writing for small businesses that have an opportunity worth pursuing. Proposals are written by an advisor with direct buyer-side procurement experience, structured to meet compliance requirements and position your business competitively. Available exclusively to Premium and Navigator subscribers.

Total Optim Navigator is a dedicated monthly retainer for businesses actively pursuing government contracts. Navigator subscribers receive bi-weekly bid matching, proposal support, SAM.gov and registration guidance, a dedicated advisor, and proactive pipeline and compliance management. It is the full-service option for owners who want to move deliberately through the process without managing it alone.

All three services are grounded in the same premise: the buyer-side perspective matters. Understanding how purchasing decisions are actually made on the government side is what separates credible market entry from costly trial and error.
