Step 2: Log-In To Your Account

Visit the totaloptim.com website, find the green log-in bar and log-in using the login credentials you just created​ to gain access to the Subscriber's Portal.

Step 3: Create Your Business Profile

After sign up you will receive an email to create your Business Profile. Ensure this is done soon to activate the bid matching process. (Alternatively you can find the Business Profile in the drop-down menu.) 

Step 4: Schedule Your Onboarding Call

Step 5: Review Your Bid Digest

Focus on opportunities that truly fit your business. Start with high alignment scores, then review evaluation criteria to confirm your strengths match what the buyer values. Be honest about your win probability and skip bids that require heavy investment for a low chance of success. Pay close attention to timelines, especially short deadlines that demand established processes. Flag teaming opportunities early and engage partners right away. Use pre-bid questions to surface deal breakers before committing. Over time, track agency and contract patterns to sharpen targeting and prepare for future opportunities

Step 6: Schedule A Coaching Call

Use your coaching session to pressure test an opportunity before writing. The call focuses on understanding the RFP’s real priorities, setting a smart pricing approach, assessing the competitive field, and defining a clear proposal strategy. You’ll leave with a structured writing plan and timeline so effort is focused where evaluators care most, not wasted on low value sections.
